Each intuitive massage includes a consultation of your needs and problem areas with your massage therapist. Each therapist brings to the table a list of modalities they learned and can draw from their experience to provide the greatest therapeutic effect. A resting period is advised after the massage along with drinking water while you absorb the effects and bring your mind back to the present.

This unique service combines the favorite Swedish massage with an application of hot stones to soften the muscles and the ancient Asian style of massage called Ashiatsu. With Ashiatsu the massage therapist stands on tht table and massages the back side of the body by using defined strokes with their feet. This allows the therapist to use gravity to aply deeper pressure and is recommended for those seeking deep tissue, but can be used for all types of pressure. (Starts in May 2013).

This 30-minute scalp massage includes a series of massage techniques designed to loosen, stimulate and relax the head and body along with a massage of the neck and shoulders. Hair is infused with a warm Ayurvedic hair oil meant to remain on the scalp for a minimum of 2 hours to allow the healing intelligence of the natural oils to penetrate.

This 85-minute hot stone therapy is designed to promote deep muscle and tissue relaxation, alleviate stress, release toxins, relieve pain, improve circulation and calm the psyche. This massage will transport you to profound relaxation.

Raindrop Therapy $89
A unique technique designed to bring balance and harmony to the body physically, mentally and emotionally. A sequence of nine essential oils are dropped on the back, gently brushed up the spine and lightly massaged over the rest of the back. A hot compress is applied, facilitating oil absorption and muscle relaxation.

Aglow Face Massage $89
For luxurious pampering and rejuvenating benefits we've combined the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with Japanese stone massage. Using hot and cold stones, and a gentle massage of the face, neck and shoulders using Ayurvedic essential oils based on your dosha, to balance your mind and restore your glow. Feet Retreat $89
1-hour foot heaven! Using the reflexology pressure points on the feet along with hot towels, lavender and peppermint essential oils, this massage will increase circulation, release tension in your entire body and make you feel like you’re on a cloud. It also includes Lavender Bath Salts to take home.

Infrared Cedar Sauna $25
An infrared sauna contains heaters that produce radiant energy, like the heat from the sun, but without the harmful ultraviolet rays. Unlike the traditional rock sauna, the infrared sauna warms the occupant directly through deep penetration rather than heating the air in order to heat the user. This results in longer sauna sessions, up to 45 minutes. Deep heat and sweating provide a natural way to deliver relaxation, pain relief, increase blood circulation and skin purification. Take time before your service to deeply relax in our infrared cedar sauna. Bring bathing suit or shorts. Wraps available. Includes robe and sandals, shower with amenities, towel.

We are chemical-free!

Sheets, massage oil and therapists are free from chemical scents. Those with chemical sensitivities will find this to be a safe environment. All our products are all-natural or organic. (Except for Biofreeze). All products are free from synthesized fragrances. Any scents are produced by pure essential oils. We use a nut-free massage oil blend which is safe for anyone with nut allergies. Please tell the receptionist if you have any allergy or chemical concerns when booking.

About Massage Therapy
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is known as the "traditional" massage. This style of massage can include long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping and shaking motions. It's effective for most ailments since it sets up a chain reaction in the body that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, circulation, and promotes health and well being. Most massage therapists are trained in the basic Swedish style of massage. This style, combined with a number of other types of bodywork, becomes the “signature” massage style of an individual therapist.

Myofascial Release Therapy
A mild and gentle hands-on form of stretching which relieves connective tissue restrictions all over the body promoting strength, flexibility, range of motion and proper alignment. Because the connective tissue (sometimes referred to as fascia) is body-wide, a tension or trauma in one part of the body can affect another part. The connective tissue responds to the trained touch to release the adverse effects of inflammation, tensions, and trauma.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium, the spine and the sacrum, and ultimately all tissues because "everything is connected to everything else.
