Using a combination of stretching, massage & specialized tools. Myofascial Release-$185

The "MFR" is a method without oils or creams, that works the fascia or connective tissue that spreads throughout the body in an uninterrupted web from head to foot. Sustained pressure is slowly applied into the fascial restrictions until tissue release occurs. Trauma, both physical and emotional, inflammation and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions which cause pain and mobility issues. Our 90-minute service begins with connective energy work and moves to tissue release throughout the whole body helping to eliminate pain and restore motion.

90mn relaxation service utilizing smooth, heated stones to warm muscles and fascia for therapists to work on problem areas to alleviate tension and stress. Very relaxing!

Raindrop Therapy-$135

60mn invigorating service is a sequence of nine essential oils that are dropped on the back, gently brushed up the spine and lightly massaged over the rest of the back. A hot compress is applied, facilitating oil absorption and muscle relaxation.

Aromatherapy-$8

Essential oils soothe the nerves, support your natural immunity and renew your spirit. Specialty blend oils available. Oils can be added to most services.

EVOS 1500mb CBD Recovery Cream-$20 is a powerful 1500mg dose of Cannabidiol, Arnica and healing Shea Butter coupled with peppermint, eucalyptus and lavender to aid in reducing body aches and pains. Can be added to almost any service.

Deep Tissue-$25

Firm pressure is used to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Not all massage therapists provide Deep Tissue. Let us know when booking if you want to add it.

Infrared Cedar Sauna-$45 per person

Our two-person infrared sauna contains specialized panels that emit infrared light to deep penetrate into the muscle rather than heating the air. This results in longer sauna sessions, up to 45 minutes. Promotes detoxification, muscle recovery, reduced joint pain and improves circulation. Standard-size wraps available or bring bathing suit or shorts for your comfort. Includes robe and sandals, shower with amenities, towel. Not recommended during pregnancy.
