Lavender Spa Package ($229)

The ultimate 60-minute Feet Retreat massage, plus a 30-minute Mind Melt head, face, shoulder and hands massage to reduce inflammation and create a calming effect to an overburdened life. Includes a lavender salt scrub of the feet, hot towel wrap, lavender & peppermint essential oils for relaxation and pressure point massage release. Feet Retreat ($125)

60-minute foot heaven! Using the reflexology pressure points on the feet along with hot towels, lavender and peppermint essential oils, this massage will increase circulation, release tension in your entire body and make you feel like you’re on a cloud. It includes a Lavender Bath Salt gift. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Lomilomi ($130/$160)

Hawaiian massage with long sweeping strokes to mimic ocean waves. Promotes lymphatic drainage which helps to cleanse toxins from the body.

Foam Roller Massage ($109)

A one-hour clothed service that utilizes varying sizes of rollers to target and massage muscle groups. This service is perfect for "shy" clients who want the relaxation of massage but are not comfortable being unclothed.

Myofascial Release ($185)

The "MFR" is a method without oils or creams, that works the fascia or connective tissue that spreads throughout the body in an uninterrupted web from head to foot. Sustained pressure is slowly applied into the fascial restrictions until tissue release occurs. Trauma, both physical and emotional, inflammation and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions which cause pain and mobility issues. Our 90-minute service begins with connective energy work and moves to tissue release throughout the whole body helping to eliminate pain and restore motion.

$50 per additional half hour.

Hot Stone Massage ($175)

This 90-minute service utilizes smooth, heated stones to warm muscles and fascia for therapists to work on problem areas to alleviate tension and stress.

Raindrop Therapy ($135)

This 60-minute invigorating service is a sequence of nine essential oils that are dropped on the back, gently brushed up the spine and lightly massaged over the rest of the back. A hot compress is applied, facilitating oil absorption and muscle relaxation.

Precision Neuromuscular (PNMT) ($115)

This one-hour session uses hands-on therapy of a specific "problem" area to determine origin and release the area.

Aromatherapy

Essential oils soothe the nerves, support your natural immunity and renew your spirit. Oils can be added to most services. $8

EVOS 1500mb CBD Recovery Cream is a powerful 1500mg dose of Cannabidiol, Arnica and healing Shea Butter coupled with peppermint, eucalyptus and lavender to aid in reducing body aches and pains. Can be added to almost any service. $20

Deep Tissue ($25)

Firm pressure is used to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia. Not all massage therapists provide Deep Tissue. Let us know when booking if you want to add it.

Infrared Cedar Sauna ($45 per person)

Our two-person infrared sauna contains heaters that produce radiant energy, like the heat from the sun, but without the harmful ultraviolet rays. Unlike the traditional rock sauna, the infrared sauna warms the occupant directly through deep penetration rather than heating the air in order to heat the user. This results in longer sauna sessions, up to 45 minutes. Deep heat and sweating provide a natural way to deliver relaxation, pain relief, increase blood circulation and skin purification. Take time before your service to deeply relax in our infrared cedar sauna. Standard-size wraps available or bring bathing suit or shorts for your comfort. Includes robe and sandals, shower with amenities, towel. Not recommended during pregnancy.
