Check-in and check-out

Check-in time for all reservations at Settlement Inn & Lavender Spa is 3:00 p.m.

Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

hotel cancellation

Upon booking, a security deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax will be taken. Cancellation 7 days or more prior to your arrival date will incur a  $15 processing fee. Cancellation less than 7 days to your arrival date will result in the security deposit being taken in full.  If the room is unable to be rented the full reservation amount may be taken.

To make an appointment, please call us at 920-868-9200. A credit card guarantee is required. In the event you need to cancel, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% the cost of services plus gratuity.
