Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time for all reservations at Settlement Inn is 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation
Upon booking, a deposit of one night’s room rate plus tax will be taken. Cancellation 7 days or more prior to your arrival date will incur a $15 processing fee, with the remainder returned to the credit card on file. Cancellation less than 7 days to your arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit in full. If the room is unable to be rented the full reservation amount may be taken.
Spa Booking and Cancellation Policy
To make an appointment, please call us at 920-868-9200. A credit card on file is required along with a zipcode. In the event you need to cancel, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 24-hour notice. Less than 24-hour notice will be charged the cost of services plus 20% gratuity.
